"We ordered a pizza and when we went to grab it, the damn city squirrels had already got into it. I called and explained the ridiculous and silly situation. The woman on the phone was kind and helpful and the Manager on duty was so kind and approved a replacement. Thank you so much, your actions are appreciated and do not go unnoticed."

"Papa John's, tbh, has not been one of my favorite pizza places. However, I have a new perspective. I have tried gluten-free pizza crust all over the twin cities and Papa John's is one of the better ones. It tastes fresh, not frozen. It holds together well, it just tastes like pizza crust should. It is also a decent size pizza, it's a small pizza but not a small personal size pizza. Definitely shareable. It cost quite a bit more than Papa John's regular pizzas, where a large specialty pizza might run around $10-12 but, no matter how many toppings I add the price doesn't change. 18 bucks."

"Whoever was working by themselves on the morning of 05/12/2025 at 11:30am is the reason for this 5 star review. He was so excited to make my pizza which was his first order of the day. He was so friendly and literally the best pizza man I have ever encountered. I could tell he enjoyed making this pizza by the quality of how it was put together and how good it tasted. I have never had a Papa John’s pizza taste this good before. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to love and enjoy doing whatever they’re doing, no matter the task, to make a profound difference."
